PDFGadget is a 100% client-side application. All tools that work with your files (such as merging, splitting, protecting, compressing, converting, or checking PDF security) run entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
Everything happens in your browser memory. When you close or refresh the page, the files are gone.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). No file names, content, or metadata are transmitted to our servers.
We may use cookies or local storage to enhance your experience (for example, remembering your theme preference).
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. All analytics are aggregated and anonymous.
